Terms and Conditions
Before proceeding with your registration, please read and acknowledge the following:
1. Language Requirement
The training and examination will be conducted in English or Malay. Participants are expected to have sufficient understanding of either language.
If you are unable to read or understand English or Malay, please do not register for this training and examination.
2. Photography and Media Use
Photographs or video recordings may be taken during the training sessions for documentation, marketing, or promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to the use of such images by HCS Consultants Pte Ltd in print or digital media.
3. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made via PayNow (UEN: 200413324M – HCS Consultants Pte Ltd) upon registration to confirm your seat. Registrations without payment will not be considered complete.
4. Refund and Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 5 working days before the scheduled training date and are subject to availability.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations without valid reason will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
5. Changes to Training Schedule
HCS Consultants Pte Ltd reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a training session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. insufficient enrolment, trainer unavailability). In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
