Maintenance includes updating the Halal file and ensuring that the Halal team members maintain adequate knowledge of Halal requirements to facilitate any surprise inspection that MUIS might conduct.

For HCS Maintenance scheme, we will assist in the following:

  1. Update on any new menu listings/ change in raw materials or suppliers
  2. Letter of Appointment for new Halal Team members 
  3. Limited time offering (LTO) submissions
  4. Launch of any virtual branding
  5. Conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
